Happy New Week lovelies, how are we all doing? Been slammed lately, but stumbled upon awesome statements/quotes on social media from @mindsetunchained that got me thinking. Thought I’d share it with you all! Wish us all a wonderful and blessed week. I have one thought provoking quote myself and it goes thus; What would you do if you weren't afraid?
Talk to you in my next post, be you, be kind, stay blessed and remain humble.
These are very inspiring quotes. Sometimes it is very important to let go of the past and live in the present. Who we are now is what matters. Who we choose to be now is who we will be in the future.
ReplyDeleteI agree that even a bad day lasts only 24 hours. Everything passes.
That's right, bad days don't last forever. Thanks for stopping by.

DeleteThese are all very wise and inspiring. The one that speaks to me the most is the one about living for other people's acceptance because not caring what other's think of you can be so liberating.

It's indeed a great quote.
DeleteHola Benita.
It's a powerful reminder that we often criticize others for flaws that are minor compared to our own, which we frequently overlook. It encourages self-reflection before judgment and promotes a more understanding and less critical approach to those around us.
DeleteThese are wonderful quotes! I especially like "Even a bad day is just 24 hours" because a bad day can feel like it will never end, but tomorrow is a new day!
ReplyDeleteThat is one of my favourite. Thanks for stopping by Karalee.

ReplyDeleteThese are smart questions and smart quotes. The older I get, the more often I don't do things out of too much worry. Sometimes it's good to overcome fear in order to move forward.
It's definitely a common experience to feel that worry can hold us back as we get older. The wisdom in those quotes and questions really highlights the importance of sometimes overcoming fear to keep moving forward.
DeleteThank for sharing these wonderful quotes, they are a mood booster. I especially like the one that talks about peace. It resonates within me.

DeleteAll very inspiring quotes! My favorite is the one about it never being too late to start all over again. As long as there is breath in your body, you can always start anew. It might not be easy, but surely not impossible!
ReplyDeleteAs long as we have life, the possibility for a fresh beginning, even if challenging, is always there.
DeleteJust stopping by to wish you a great day!

DeleteMy husband was recently asked that question: What would you do if you weren't afraid? It's been a driving factor in many of our recent actions...and while it has inspired some sleepless nights, I hope it brings more joy and hope to myself and others than trauma. Eventually. Because right now it's ALL work and trauma. LOL. But you can't appreciate the high unless you've experienced the low, eh?
ReplyDeleteThat's incredibly relatable, and it sounds like your husband's experience with that question has truly ignited a significant shift for you both. It's so true that acting on what you'd do without fear can be a powerful catalyst, even if it brings a lot of work and initial "trauma," as you put it!
DeleteYou've hit on a really profound point: the contrast of the "lows" often makes the "highs" more deeply appreciated. While it's tough right now, that mindset is what truly builds resilience and leads to genuine joy and hope on the other side.
